Christopher
M. Daley (cdaley@pilgrimcap.com)
Prior
to founding Pilgrim Capital Partners in 2006, Mr. Daley was with Private
Equity Capital Corporation in Westport, CT from 1999 to 2005, where he
was one of two principal partners responsible for closing 14 direct private
equity investments. At various times, Mr. Daley has served as a Director
of 8 companies he has invested in. Mr. Daley joined PECC after five years
with NationsCredit in Stamford, CT, a leading provider of one-stop debt
capital for middle market leveraged buyout transactions. Prior to NationsCredit,
Mr. Daley spent five years with Equitable Capital Management in New York
in its corporate finance group focused on providing senior and subordinated
debt in growth and change of ownership transactions. Prior to Equitable
Capital, he spent five years with National Westminster Bank in New York
in their middle market lending group. Mr. Daley received his B.A. in economics
from Cornell University in 1983 and his M.B.A. in finance from The Wharton
School at The University of Pennsylvania in 1989.

Christopher
D. Wright is a Partner at Pilgrim Capital joining the firm in 2007. Prior
to helping establish Pilgrim, he had over 9 years of private equity experience.
Mr. Wright was a Managing Director at Saugatuck Capital since 2000 where
he was jointly responsible for deal sourcing, deal execution, investment
realization, and portfolio company management. He was also individually
in charge of portfolio company strategic consulting and plans. At various
times, Mr. Wright has served as a Director of 5 Saugatuck portfolio companies:
American Pipe & Plastics, Floor & Decor, Power Plus, PPI\Times Zero and
Waterloo Ventures. Prior to joining Saugatuck, Mr. Wright was a consultant
for Bain & Company's Private Equity Group. While at Bain, he worked on
ten private equity transactions providing due diligence, financial analysis,
as well as portfolio company strategic and operational consulting. He
began his career as a sell-side equity analyst at Brown Brothers Harriman
& Co. in New York. Mr. Wright graduated with a B.S. in Civil Engineering
and Operations Research from Princeton University in 1989 and an M.B.A.
in Finance from the J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management in 1998
with honors. Mr. Wright received his C.F.A. charter in 1995
