The company also produces a patented product, AM-Liner II, a "trench less technology" that is used to rehabilitate deteriorated sewer pipelines. Their high service enables the Company to maintain EBITDA margins that are significantly above industry averages. While at Saugatuck, Mr. Wright helped close and manage the investment in American Pipe & Plastics, Inc.
	Brookstone Homes www.brookstonehomes.com Headquartered in Janesville, WI Brookstone Homes is the second largest home building firm in the state of Wisconsin and one of the 400-largest builders in the country. The nine-county market area served by Brookstone has enjoyed rapid population growth over the past decade, which has resulted in a robust demand for new housing. The company currently sells homes from 13 locations throughout Southeastern Wisconsin.

	Interstate Highway Sign Corp. www.interstatesigns.com Headquartered in Little Rock, Arkansas, Interstate designs, manufactures and distributes a broad offering of high quality signage products, including reflective guide, regulatory and warning, reflective logo,and internally illuminated signs for use in federal, state and local transportation systems, mass transit systems, toll roads and private highways. Interstate serves a diverse base of blue chip customers nationwide.

	Mail America Holdings www.directmailholding.com Located in Forest, VA, Mail America is a leading provider of direct mail production services for both the not-for-profit and commercial markets. Mail America also provides database management services to its client base. Mail America was acquired as a sister company to Alaniz under the Direct Mail Holdings umbrella. In August 2005, Direct Mail Holdings was sold to a large family office.

	Power Plus www.powerplusutility.com Located in Anaheim, CA, Power Plus provides temporary power, utility services and backup power services in the southwestern region of the U.S. The Company rapidly expanded via internal growth and acquisition penetrating new geographies and offering new services. In October 2004, Power Plus was sold via a management recapitalization. While at Saugatuck, Mr. Wright helped close and manage the investment in Power Plus.
	Stravina, Inc. www.stravina.com Located in Los Angeles, CA, the company produces personalized, impulse purchase novelty and souvenir items sold on average for $2-$3 to consumers through retailers. The majority of product is contract manufactured in China. In May 2002, Stravina was sold to a private equity investment firm.
